Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship to around 70 countries in all corners of the globe, you can see a full list of countries in the country selector when entering your delivery details in the checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on weight, size and location, so the final shipping costs for your order will be calculated in the checkout upon entering the delivery address.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Due to the fragile nature of shipping delicate artificial flowers and glass vases means that we take the upmost care in packing your goods and using the best in class couriers to ensure your order reaches you in one piece. If there are any issues, then please take pictures of the box and the damaged items, and contact us immediately at info@pomponamsterdam.com
How will I know when to expect my delivery?
You will receive a tracking number via email where you can follow your package and see the estimated delivery time. A delivery period indicated in the email is never a strict delivery period or term and cannot be construed as a deadline, however, in case of any problems with your shipment or if you do not receive your parcel within 10 working days, please contact POMPON FOREVER FLOWERS customer care by e-mailing us at info@pomponamsterdam.com.
CARE
How long do Forever Flowers actually last for?
If you follow our care instructions below, they will last for years, but variables such as amount of exposure to direct sunlight can also impact the appearance over time. We find a majority of our customers like to freshen up their Forever Flowers a few times a year to match their mood, style or the season.
How do I best care for Forever Flower?
We advise to bend the stems of the flowers to create more stability in the vase. In case you still want to cut the stems please use scissors suitable for cutting iron wire. Pompon Forever Flowers are easy to maintain. When the flowers get dusty over time you can easily rinse them with a soft shower. Just let them dry in the open air.

Can I send your flowers and/or vases as a gift?
Our artificial flowers and vases make the perfect gift, for all kinds of occasions. If you wish to add a gift message with your order, then you can add this in the special instructions box when you add an item to cart.
Can I customise my own bouquet?
We currently only have this option available if you come to our store at Prinsengracht 12-hs , 1015DV, Amsterdam - where our in-house experts will help bring your dream bouquet to life.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Please refer to our Terms of Service, for all terms of returns, refunds and exchanges.
Can I bring my own vase to the shop to find a bouquet that fits?
Whilst we do offer our own vases custom made for our artificial flowers, if you have your own vase you’d prefer to use with our flowers, then you’re welcome to bring it to store and our in-house experts will help you find the perfect floral arrangement.
What can I do with my Forever Flowers if I want to get rid of them or replace them with a new bouquet?
You can give them away or return them to our shop. We make a bouquet from returned or slightly damaged flowers and donate them to retirement homes and shelter homes.
Do you also sell fresh flowers or plants?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit includes, as well as iDEAL in The Netherlands and Bancontact in Belgium.
Do you offer discounts?
We do not offer any discounts.
Do you offer a subscription?
To office, restaurants, museums, hotels and apartment buildings - we do offer subscriptions in which we will bring new bouquet/s every three months. Please contact us here: info@pomponamsterdam.com to discuss further.
