All floral arrangements are hand-tied by our master florists and can slightly vary from the product image.  We will always strive to re-create the “look and feel” of a chosen arrangement by considering the types of flowers, shape, size, style, color, and floral combinations, however, in the unlikely event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute any products with any other type of equal quality and value.
